How does bac out work

Great stuff. This stuff does a great job of taking out lingering odors caused by pet accidents. I have an anxious cat who pees often when nervous so he did a number on my room and it began to stink bad. For the life of me, I could not get the smell out and it was driving me nuts. We've been using this product for years because we've never found anything even close at removing biological stains and odors from all sorts of materials, from clothes to carpets.
